Genka Shikerova - Investigative journalist, recepient of the 2006 "Golden Key" award for Best Journalistic Story/Campaign Related to the Access to Information Right and the 2016 Honorary diploma in the same category.

Gergana Jouleva - Executive Director of Access to Information Programme
 
Hristo Hristov - Investigative journalist, researcher of the archives of the communist State Security Services, founder of the specialized web site State Security.com; winner of the special "Golden Key" award for outstanding contribution to freedom of information in 2005
 
Kiril Terziiski - Attorney-at-law in the legal team of Access to Information Programme (AIP)

Nikolay N. Ninov - Coordinator of AIP country network of journalists

Rosen Bosev - Investigative journalist in Capital weekly, recepient of the 2008 and 2010 "Golden Key" award for Best Journalistic Story/Campaign Related to the Access to Information Right
