The Executive Environment Agency should answer this question after the final court decision in October 2017 repealed the Agency’s refusal.
The data was requested in March 2017 by the environmental association For the Earth – Access to Justice, as part of the national clean air campaign, run in partnership with Greenpeace – Bulgaria.
The refusal of the Director of the Executive Environment Agency to provide access to the data was challenged before the court with the assistance of the Access to Information Programme. More about the judgment on the AIP web site (in Bulgarian).
The environmental association For the Earth – Access to Justice and Greenpeace – Bulgaria were recognized for their quest for access to the data about the quality of the air in Sofia with the Golden Key Award at the 15th Right to Know Day Awards Ceremony.
